One large plot we own is ideally situated in an area for housing development, we are interested in developing this site on a joint venture basis with a major international developer.

We have a site that is located on the Bosphorus in the heart of Istanbul, which is ideally situated for a boutique hotel. We are willing to consider international hotel operatprs/investors as partners to jointly develop and operate such a project.
