This is one of the first projects of MIG that is constructed on approximately 10000 square meters of waterfront property. There are ten luxury villas built with stone in the traditional local style, each being around 230 square meters. There is a clubhouse with dining area with a full commercial kitchen, along with a large swimming pool.

This project is one of Bodrum's most exclusive development.
